Ice Fishing

We spent a super fun afternoon at Papa and ShooShoo's house. G&G love to cast their fishing poles and "fish" Greg thought it would be super fun to go 'ice fishing'. The boys had a blast. Gavin can cast his line from the shallow end to the deep end wall. I think we definitely need to pursue our desires to move to Colorado after this last week...snow, outdoors, and fishing! On the way home (which is less than 10 minutes from their house) G&G crashed....Gavin even fell asleep with his hand in the cracker snack bag! Too funn!!

My super heroes!

Really they are...I have been sick with pneumonia and my boys took great care of me (including my biggest boy Greg!) I am so luck to be surrounded my so many super cute boys. We watched alot of movies and played with alot of play dough! G&G are my daily roosters and awaken at 6AM every morning. They were super cuddly and climbed in bed with me so I could rest longer.

A day at the Park

We had super fun at the park today. We love taking the boys to play on the playground and throw balls. They are getting so big now it's really fun to hang out there. Of course they also love to tackle too. Poor Grayson! Gavin has got a great football throw and can actually spin the ball when he throws it. Greg has taught him how to aim and throw. It's really cute! Love being a boy mom.....

Round 2

We've tried it before but due to no naps and no sleeping at night we quickly bailed on G&G sharing a room. The boys kept asking us and Gavin needed a big boy bed so we decided to give it another try, this time with new furniture and theme. I really want to bunk their beds but fear there super hero tenancies will create many trips to the ER right now. So we got them beds that can bunk but don't have to right now! G&G love their new room. Gavin was so sweet saying "Thank you so much Mommy for my new furniture and big boy room!" Grayson loves his new big boy bed. Everything for Grayson is about leaving baby behind. He's totally potty trained, got new big boy shoes, big boy underwear and now his big boy bed in the big boy room.... G&G are sleeping good at night-it takes a little longer to get them down, but they stay down. Nap time is another story and is quite the beating. We have Grays's old room set up with Gavin's toddler funiture-conversion crib and all-so we may have Gray nap in there, only I think he will rebel big time since that is the "baby room!" Love those boys!!

Police Brutality

That is how I feel after a day with Gavin now. His love of dress up and his super creative imagination have expanded thanks to one of his Christmas presents. We got him, I mean Santa got him a police dress up for Christmas. He loves it....I MEAN really loves it. The following conversation occurred:

Greg: "Do you know what policemen do Gavin?"
Gavin: "Yes, they give tickets and woopings with their womping stick."
Greg: "How do you know this Gavin" (trying to bite his lip from laughing inside so hard)
Gavin:"Cause I have a BRAIN!"

Yea, and he's only 3! He runs around trying to put everybody in cuffs. Boomer, Me, Grayson, and his big overstuffed teddy bear. All the while yelling "wooping on a wooping!"

Cutie Pies

Super cute pictures before church Sunday. They are growing up so fast!!!
